Pedro Ramos - PhD
Pedro Ramos has a PhD in Business Economics, a Master's degree in Employment Sociology, and a Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences.

He is currently the CEO of KEEPTALENT Portugal, having previously served as an Executive Administrator and Human Resources Director in large companies over the last 30 years, with a special focus on various organizational Change and Transformation projects in large enterprises.
​​​
He is a university professor in the areas of HR Management and Leadership, and an international Consultant and Speaker in the areas of Leadership, Change Management, and People Management, with multiple engagements in Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Spain, and Mexico.

He is currently a Board Member of the IFTDO (The International Federation of Training and Development Organizations). He was President of the Portuguese Association of People Management (APG) in recent years, a Member of the Strategic Council of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources (ABRH Brazil), and an Ambassador for Lusophony of the DCH – Human Capital Executives in Portugal. In recent years, he also served as Vice President of the Lusophone Digital Association.

As an HR Director, he is one of the most influential people in Portugal, Brazil, and Africa and is referenced in various international forums and studies in the field of People Management.

He is also the author of several works on Leadership and People Management. Recent publications include the book “PEOPLE & BUSINESS – Mobilizing for Results,” as well as co-authoring the works “Tell Me Stories – Storytelling in People Management” (2 volumes already published) and “Sharing My Change – A Journey through Change Management” published in Portugal and Brazil. He coordinated the book “Managing Companies with People on Board” (2022) and “People Management from A to Zen” (2023).

Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards and distinctions for excellence in his role as a People Manager. Recently, he was awarded the RH CAREER Award for over 27 years of top management in HR, as well as being recognized as the “Lusophony People Management Personality 2021,” along with several individual and collective HR Excellence awards for his leadership and people management contributions. In 2024, he was awarded the Gold Medal by the IFTDO for his work in the field of People Management worldwide.

In August 2024, he was awarded the “CEO of The Year 2024” prize in the category of “Best Communications CEO Portugal 2024,” an initiative promoted by EU Business News, based in the United Kingdom, which aims to “highlight the best European professionals who invest in innovation and have gained prominence in their fields of expertise.”

Paula Francisca Fernandes is the Managing Director – Technology Lead at Accenture Portugal. After completing her degree in Economics at ISEG, she began her professional journey in the planning and management department of one of Portugal's largest retail groups. In 2001, she joined Accenture, a global consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company. She started as a SAP Logistic Consultant and has since progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager, Associate Director, Managing Director, and most recently, Technology Lead. Alongside her career at Accenture, she has also served as a guest lecturer at NOVA IMS and completed an executive program at AESE Business School designed for high-level professionals to enhance their leadership skills. This year, she was honored to receive the Microsoft Power Women Awards in Portugal.​​
