The new Julius Baer office in Lisbon aims to attract wealthy foreigners who have moved to Portugal. The Julius Baer office in Lisbon’s Victoria Building measures nearly 800 square meters as the wealth management group aims to take advantage of the fact that more and more wealthy foreigners are choosing Portugal to live, as reported by Bloomberg in April. 

Real estate consultant JLL advised Julius Baer on the placement of its new office in Victoria Building, emphasizing that location was a decisive factor for the Swiss bank to set up shop on the iconic avenue of Portugal’s capital.
