Portugal news - Portuguese freight forwarders Torrestir expand to Turkey.
Portuguese freight forwarders Torrestir have just signed a partnership agreement with Turkish transport company SUNLOG Group. The extended international coverage will introduce a daily full truckload direct connection as well as a bi-weekly groupage transport connection between Portugal and Türkiye. Türkiye is a strategic location since it is positioned between Eastern Europe and Western Asia.
Portuguese freight forwarders Torrestir have logistics platforms throughout mainland Portugal, with companies in Madeira and the Azores, as well as a in Germany and Spain. The company provides international transport services, freight forwarding, logistics, container transport, customs, and courier services, as well as pharmaceutical transport (GDP).
A faster delivery service between Portugal and Türkiye will strengthen existing links and will help develop trade between the two countries.
