Portuguese insurance broker MDS bought Pacific Insurance. The Portuguese multinational will keep the brand identity as well as the management of Pacific Insurance.
This acquisition will strengthen their leadership in the market segment. Pacific Insurance has a portfolio of four thousand clients, out of which 20% are companies that operate in the fields of services, transport and construction.
In 2022, Pacific Insurance managed a portfolio of insurance premiums amounting to EUR 4 million, closing the financial year with revenues of EUR 700 thousand.
