Portugal news - Portuguese online gaming startup FRVR raised $12.7 million to revolutionize the online gaming industry using AI.

 

Portuguese online gaming startup FRVR has closed a $12.7 million funding round (around €11.6 million), led by Iberis Capital, with the participation of Indico Capital Partners, Lince Capital, and returning investors such as Hiro Capital.

 

According to Stephan de Moraes, Managing General Partner at Indico Capital, gaming startup FRVR has developed an “innovative tool has the potential to disrupt the status quo and provide a new level of speed of creation and distribution for developers and non-developers.”

 

Portuguese gaming startup FRVR created an Al game development platform, Forge, that helps developers create faster than ever and allows non-developers to create and distribute games across multiple channels, including mobile, PC, and web.

 

The FRVR gaming platform is designed to simplify the game creation and distribution process, making games development accessible to everyone through Gen Al game creation and instant game distribution.

 

With this new capital, FRVR will further develop its AI-based game creation platform, enabling more personalized game experiences and new ways to monetize creators' content.
