Financial News – Here are the Top 10 Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) deals in the EMEA region in 2025, as well as the Top 5 sectors for the largest M&A deals in the EMEA region, according to a report by Datasite published in February 2026:

Most of EMEA’s largest M&A deals were in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector that reached an aggregate value of Euros 252.1 billion, an increase of 23.3% year-on-year, as investment focused on cybersecurity and digital connectivity companies.
