Real Estate News Europe - Here is the ranking of the cheapest cities in Europe to rent a fully furnished apartment in 2025, according to a Statista report dated July 22, 2025: 

The Housing Anywhere platform analyzed 67,397 properties, of which 69 percent were one-bedroom apartments, 30 percent were two-bedroom apartments, and 11 percent were three-bedroom apartments. Approximately 99 percent of the properties were fully furnished, and 61 included bills in their rent. The study’s main target group were young professionals and students who moved domestically or from abroad.

2 – Athens – Greece

Athens in Greece is the 2^nd cheapest city to rent a fully furnished apartment in Europe in 2025 with a median monthly rental cost of 1,000 euros.

3 – Turin – Italy

Turin in Italy is the 3rd cheapest city to rent a fully furnished apartment in Europe in 2025 with a median monthly rental cost of 1,100 euros.

4 – Porto – Portugal

Porto in Portugal is the 4th cheapest city to rent a fully furnished apartment in Europe in 2025 with a median monthly rental cost of 1,200 euros.
