Pourquoi le groupe Lufthansa est-il à investir massivement au Portugal ? - PBN Actualités Portugal – Le groupe Lufthansa est à investir massivement au Portugal avec une nouvelle usine de Lufthansa Technik pour la réparation des pièces de moteur et des composants d’avion.   La multinationale allemande Lufthansa Group va construire et ouvrir sa propre usine au Portugal pour la première fois de son histoire afin de fournir des services technologiques à l’industrie aéronautique par le biais de Lufthansa Technik.   Lufthansa Technik vient d’acheter une propriété de 230,000 mètres carrés dans le parc d’affaires « Lusopark » dans le district d’Aveiro, dans la région métropolitaine de Porto. La nouvelle usine de Lufthansa Technik Portugal devrait être achevée d’ici à fin 2027 et sera équipée des dernières technologies dans le secteur MRO (maintenance, réparation et révision).     Pourquoi le groupe Lufthansa a-t-il choisi le Portugal pour son nouveau site ?     Le groupe Lufthansa a envoyé des équipes de Lufthansa Technik au Portugal et ils ont travaillé pendant plusieurs mois afin de trouver l’emplacement idéal pour un investissement de plusieurs millions d’euros dans une nouvelle usine à la pointe de la technologie.     Les principales raisons pour lesquelles le groupe Lufthansa a choisi le Portugal pour investir massivement dans la nouvelle usine de Lufthansa Technik sont les suivantes :   1 – Le fait que le Portugal fait partie de l’Union européenne est une raison importante pour le choix du site par le groupe Lufthansa.   2 – Les conditions politiques stables du Portugal sont un facteur décisif.   3 - La bonne infrastructure du pays est une autre raison tout aussi importante pour le choix du Portugal par le groupe Lufthansa pour son nouvel établissement.   4 – Le marché du travail portugais est particulièrement attractif pour la création d’une usine dans l’industrie aéronautique au Portugal.   5 - Le choix du nouveau site du groupe Lufthansa au Portugal est principalement dû au fait que la nouvelle usine de Lufthansa Technik au Portugal sera stratégiquement positionnée pour poursuivre son expansion en tant que leader mondial des services technologiques pour l’industrie aéronautique afin de servir ses plus de 800 clients internationaux.   Ce nouvel investissement est également un signe de l’engagement du groupe Lufthansa vis-à-vis du Portugal.   Lufthansa Group a obtenu le soutien du gouvernement portugais, représenté par l’agence de commerce et d’investissement AICEP, ainsi que de la ville de Santa Maria da Feira pour aller de l’avant avec leurs plans d’investissement. Le cabinet d’avocats portugais Morais Leitão conseille également Lufthansa Technik sur ce projet.   Le choix du Portugal pour la nouvelle usine de Lufthansa Technik représente une étape supplémentaire vers la réindustrialisation du Portugal. Selon le ministre portugais de l’Économie, Pedro Reis, « cela démontre la forte confiance dans notre infrastructure nationale et notre capital humain, en particulier dans nos ingénieurs et techniciens hautement qualifiés du secteur aéronautique. Infanta Maria Francisca is the Duchess of Coimbra and a member of the Portuguese royal family. She is the daughter of Duarte Pio, the Duke of Braganza and of Isabel, the Duchess of Braganza. Princess Maria Francisca is the third in the line of succession to the Portuguese throne. Her father, Duarte Pio João Miguel Gabriel Rafael de Bragança, was born in Switzerland in 1945 and would be recognized as the legitimate heir to the Crown of Portugal if the country were a monarchy.
