Germany ranks No. 1 country in Europe most likely to host the European headquarters of a company on the FT 2026 ranking, with 269 companies in the ranking.



2 - France


France ranks 2nd country in Europe most likely to host the European headquarters of a company on the FT 2026 ranking, with 168 companies in the ranking. Paris is the preferred city to locate a company´s headquarters in Europe in 2026 with 53 companies in the FT 2026 ranking.



3 - United Kingdom


The United Kingdom ranks 3rd country in Europe most likely to host the European headquarters of a company on the FT 2026 ranking, with 137 companies in the ranking. London is the preferred city to locate a company´s headquarters in Europe in 2026 with 70 companies in the FT 2026 ranking.



4 - Ireland


Ireland ranks 4th country in Europe most likely to host the European headquarters of a company on the FT 2026 ranking. Dublin is the preferred city to locate a company´s headquarters in Europe in 2026 with 34 companies in the FT 2026 ranking.
