“We believe that this is an important step for strengthening the national real-estate market,” stated the CEO of Overseas. He added that the Karl Lagerfeld branded apartments will fulfill the goals of Overseas and that this will be the company’s first branded project.
The Karl Lagerfeld branded apartments will be the first branded project in Portugal’s non-hotel market segment. This will not only diversify the real-estate market in Portugal, but the Karl Lagerfeld brand will also add sophistication to the sector. The Karl Lagerfeld branded apartments are also a testimony of the vitality of the real-estate sector in Portugal.
Lisbon’s Karl Lagerfeld branded apartments, that will be located on Braamcamp road that is close to luxury avenue Avenida da Liberdade, will feature ten apartments with only two floors, private swimming pools and a common garden.
Portuguese real estate promoter Overseas specializes in creating sustainable real estate products with energy-efficient buildings and uses the EU methodology Level(s) to minimize the environmental footprint.

The first official images of the Karl Lagerfeld apartments in Lisbon will be published during the second semester of 2024.
