Midnight has Arrived in the New Year of 2023… Midnight is Archer’s new 4-passenger electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft. This new flying object is ready to start carrying passengers in 2025 with the collaboration of Stellantis, an automotive manufacturing corporation based in the Netherlands that was founded in 2021.

The Portuguese CEO of Stellantis, Carlos Tavares, is co-launching the Archer electric aircraft that the company will manufacture. On January 4th, 2023, Archer raised U$ 150,000,000 post-IPO equity from Stellantis. With this new collaboration, aerospace company Archer Aviation will produce fully electric vertical take-off aircraft that can carry 4 passengers at a distance of 60 miles and at a speed of up to 150mph while producing minimal noise. Archer, that is based in San Francisco, will focus on sustainable air mobility in cities with their flying taxis.

Midnight is coming soon, with a production of over 2000 flying taxis to start in 2024. Urban mobility is about to take-off into a whole new dimension…
