Portuguese Bedrock Capital Partners & Europi Property Group launch logistics platform in Portugal

Portuguese Bedrock Capital Partners and Europi Property Group are launching a logistics platform in Portugal. The platform, Ecologis, is a joint-venture for building high-quality warehouses in Portugal, primarily in the Lisbon metropolitan area.
The current portfolio comprises ten assets totaling 152,000 sqm, most of which are strategically located in Lisbon’s prime logistics zones. Present tenants include top-tier Portuguese and international logistics companies, food distributors and e-commerce players.
Portugal’s metropolitan regions were identified as markets with attractive yields that are above European averages. Ecologis will install solar panels on the roofs of its assets, providing renewable green electricity, having partnered with leading global renewable energy specialist Greenvolt.
EV charging stations are also being installed in select locations to strengthen the electric vehicle infrastructure in key logistics clusters.
