President of Real Madrid invests in senior residences in Portugal

Portugal news - The President of Real Madrid, Florentino Pérez Rodríguez, is investing in senior residences in Portugal.
The President of football club Real Madrid is also the CEO of Grupo ACS, a civil engineering company. Florentino Pérez Rodríguez intends to boost his business in the field of senior residences by 30% through an ACS subsidiary, namely Clece.
Clece will open 6 new private residences for the elderly on the Iberian Peninsula, out of which there will be 1 in upmarket seaside resort Cascais in Lisbon, according to elEconomista.
Clece already has two senior residences in Portugal, that are located in Lisbon and Fátima.
