Portugal football news – Cristiano Ronaldo is the most searched athlete on Google globally since 1998.
Portuguese football star Ronaldo “was the most searched athlete on Google in the last 25 years globally, which is equivalent to another title for his extensive list of achievements”, according to Google.
2023 is the year in which Google celebrates its 25th anniversary. This is why Google has published a retrospective of the last quarter of a century as a way of showing which themes and personalities were the most searched on Google worldwide. The results leave no doubt, Portugal’s most famous personality, Cristiano Ronaldo is among the world’s most searched athletes on Google since the last 25 years.
