Defence News Europe - Spanish FOSSA Systems just raised 9.25 million euros for Defence Satellites in a funding round led by Kibo Ventures, according to an announcement dated June 24, 2026. Here are the new investors of FOSSA Systems and their expansion plans:
What is the new investment obtained by FOSSA Systems?
FOSSA Systems just raised 9.25 million euros in a funding round led by Kibo Ventures, with participation from SETT Spain, Space Frontiers Fund II (SPARX), Índico Capital Partners, and WISeSat.Space. Aquilino Peña from Kibo Ventures will integrate the Board of Directors of FOSSA Systems as they enter this next phase of growth.
This new investment will accelerate their international expansion, strengthen the deployment of their satellite constellation, and advance new capabilities in the Defence sector:
