Real Estate News Portugal - House prices in Portugal now exceed EUR 2,000/m2 for the first time, setting a new record. Here is how much it costs to buy a house in Portugal in 2025 in the main regions, with prices divided into T0, T1, T2, T3 and T4:
The median price for houses sold in Portugal for the 41,608 family properties transacted between April and the end of June 2025, reached 2,065 euros per square meter, that is a 19% increase compared to the same period in 2024, according to a report from INE published on October 22nd, 2025.
