63.6% of enterprises in the EU with 10 or more employees used social media in 2025, up from 61.1% in 2023, in order to increase their online presence, improve marketing, communicate with partners, and facilitate collaboration. The use of social media was greater among larger enterprises in the EU, since only 60.6% of small companies used social media in 2025.
