Galp is building a network of 5,000 EV charging points in Portugal and Spain.
Galp intends to extend its Portuguese network of electric charging points by 150% according to Negócios. The company has partnered with IKEA to build the largest network of electric charging points in Portugal.
Galp is a market leader in the supply of EV charging points and its infrastructure includes chargers of 7,4 KW, 22 KW and 60 KW DC. With around 2,000 points already operational, the goal is to reach 10,000 points by 2025 to cover the whole Iberian peninsula.
